At Handel D Matthews, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Be in its original condition with all tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Include proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to return your item.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect every order before it ships. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

We'll review your claim and work quickly to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund if appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Made-to-order items
Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
Personal care products
Perishable goods
Hazardous materials or flammable products

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or item, simply request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved. This is the fastest way to receive your replacement.

Refunds

Once your return has been been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
