Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

  • During periods of high order volume, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the shipping method selected, and the size of your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Handel D Matthews is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at jrhandel4@gmail.com, and we'll do our best to help you work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

We'll review your claim and work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.
